Terms and Conditions:
Full details of your participating members must be declared in the Submission Form (Appendix A) which will be provided in the full brief. The registration fee is due and payable upon registration. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No refund will be given if the participants decided to withdraw their participation. However, any confirmed registrant(s) who has fully paid the registration fees but do not turn up for the event or comply with the requirements will also be declined for any refund. The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any participant with false information. The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change the program, panels of jury, date, or venue if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
